Genre: Historical Action Drama

Opening Scene:
The film opens in Punjab, 1901. The golden fields sway under the wind, but the atmosphere is tense. We see a young boy, Arjan Singh, running barefoot across the fields, dodging British patrols as he delivers secret messages for a local Sikh priest known for preaching against colonial rule. Arjan is the son of Havildar Ishar Singh, the legendary hero of the Battle of Saragarhi. Raised in his father's shadow, Arjan has grown up with a burning desire to make his own mark.
Act 1: The Spark
Arjan, now in his 20s, works as a blacksmith in his village. Quiet but intense, he secretly trains in Gatka (Sikh martial arts) and keeps alive the memory of the 21 martyrs of Saragarhi. The British, sensing unrest, have begun tightening their grip on Punjab. A new British officer, Colonel James Radcliff, arrives, determined to crush any rebellion.
During a public flogging of a Sikh elder who refused to give up land, Arjan intervenes, attacking a British soldier. He is arrested and sentenced to ten years in a prison near Peshawar.
Act 2: The Fire Inside
In prison, Arjan meets Baba Jarnail Singh, a former soldier who fought with Ishar Singh. Jarnail reveals that a covert resistance group, “Shaheedan Di Chhaon” (In the Shadow of Martyrs), is being formed across North India. Inspired by the martyrdom of Saragarhi, they are preparing for a united uprising.
Arjan escapes from prison with help from other rebels. He travels to Lahore, where he meets revolutionaries from Bengal, Maharashtra, and the North-West Frontier. He takes a vow: “Jo Saragarhi chhod aaye, unki kasam, angrez nu bharat chon kad dena hai.” ("Swearing on those who never left Saragarhi, we will rid India of the British.")
Act 3: The Rebellion
Arjan leads a daring attack on a British ammunition depot in Rawalpindi. The mission is successful but comes at a cost—Jarnail Singh dies in battle. Meanwhile, Colonel Radcliff starts hunting Arjan, offering a massive reward for his capture.
In a secret meeting, rebel leaders propose a mass uprising across Punjab on March 12th, the anniversary of Saragarhi. Arjan is to lead the strike in Amritsar, aiming to take over a key British communications.
